For delivery of all our heavy statues that are shipped using a freight carrier, the freight company does not place them in your yard or home. Think of the freight company as you would UPS or Fedex. Their job is to deliver the statue to your home.
The freight company will place the crate anywhere in your driveway but they will not take the crate over grass or down or up stairs as they do not have the capability.
Usually our customers call their landscaper to help them place the statue as they have the manpower and are used to moving around heavy objects like boulders and trees.
